Greg Bird is the founder and CEO of Jack William Homes.

Greg is a licensed Real Estate Agent and he owns and manages Sky Realty Company, which involves buying and selling land and or existing properties.  Greg also owns and operates Sky Construction and Development, which is a commercial construction and development company.

Greg has grown up in the construction industry from a young age. He started working on framing and concrete crews over 30 years ago. He then wanted to further is knowledge in the industry and graduated from Brigham Young University in Business and Construction Management. Greg's Resume is extensive.

Greg believes not many people are good at many things simultaneously. He thrives in multi tasking, and is known for being great at many things. He has had extensive experience in Project Management, Real Estate, and Land Acquisition and Development. Greg has over 20 years of Project Management experience both in residential and commercial construction.

Greg is a perfectionist. He thrives on doing things right the first time and prides himself in the work he is involved in.
